The dry wire drawing machine consists of one upright and then inclined blocks determined in accordance with the process needs and a stripper head at the exit. The machine consists of strong piece chassis for ease of assembly and transportation. Thanks to the inclined blocks in the machine, they enter directly into the rolling boxes and speed synchronization is carried out with the pan handle system.
Blocks poured from 4140 material and all other rotating parts such as spools and rollers are coated with wear-resistant tungsten carbide. Thanks to the internal double wall jacketed water system, the cooling of the blocks is provided by the central air cooling from the outside by turning in a film layer from the water. Rolls are water cooled and the rolling and block lines are kept separate from each other. Water cooling lines are automatically controlled with electric selenaid valves in order to ensure that the wire produced in the machine stop departures is homogeneous.
Power transmission from AC motors is carried out with a belt pulley system and at the same time, the machine is equipped with caliper brakes in order to prevent the wire in the rolling edge from moving during the stopping departures and negatively affects the product quality.
Each engine can start separately or together. Our machines are manufactured using world famous Rossi transmissions and they work with high performance and efficiency for many years. Electric motors drives and PLC system are completely Siemens products.
In terms of occupational safety, opening the covers during operation The operation of the machine when the upper cover is open is taken under control with a mechanical and electronic safety system.
